Note the fact in the following information that in the UK we have Northern Ireland police as partners in this diatribe of the big brother surveillance grid. If you ring the BBC complaints division to make a complaint, you either reach a Northern Ireland private corporate office  of Capita or their office in Scotland, so what goes on here?

With devolution we can clearly see that the corporate New World Order are positioning their administrative power out of reach of each nation state so they can basically isolate complaints and other criteria from reaching the company one is trying to reach. This protects those operating within the companies to which complaints and other  issues are being raised so those operating within the companies are completely ignorant of the real reaction to what they as a company are doing, isolating corporate personnel in the exact image as the Nazi SS. The Nazi SS are of course still around and have only gained in power and size. The 170.000 pseudo charitable trusts spread across the UK, having their counterparts in every nation, are the SS of today, all taking their control via DEMOS and its leadership recruiting SS division,  Common Purpose… on behalf of the Tavistock Institute.

The SS in all its forms were in fact Theosophy Groups coming straight out of Queen Victoria’s networks after which  through Alice Baily, the Theosophy group of Blavatsky, was completely taken over, it was created that way from its outset.

Also we have York University acting as a partner in this grid which suggests the university is completely controlled by the elite operating this system. This is very important for both parents and students to become aware of which universities are operating to a totally different tune to what we would expect to be going on at education institutions. This also suggests that York university is a recruiting centre for the same elites who are looking to expand their manpower in this regard.l

Understanding this silence is critical in a society in which news has become noise. Silence covers the truth that Britain’s political parties have converged and now follow the single-ideology model of the United States. This is different from the political consensus of half a century ago that produced what was known as social democracy. Today’s political union has no principled social democratic premises. Debate has become just another weasel word and principle, like the language of Chaucer, is bygone. That the poor and the state fund the rich is a given, along with the theft of public services, known as privatisation. This was spelt out by Margaret Thatcher but, more importantly, by new Labour’s engineers. In The Blair Revolution: Can New Labour Deliver? Peter Mandelson and Roger Liddle declared Britain’s new “economic strengths” to be its transnational corporations, the “aerospace” industry (weapons) and “the pre-eminence of the City of London”. The rest was to be asset-stripped, including the peculiar British pursuit of selfless public service. Overlaying this was a new social authoritarianism guided by a hypocrisy based on “values”. Mandelson and Liddle demanded “a tough discipline” and a “hardworking majority” and the “proper bringing-up [sic] of children”. And in formally launching his Murdochracy, Blair used “moral” and “morality” 18 times in a speech he gave in Australia as a guest of Rupert Murdoch, who had recently found God.

A “think tank” called Demos exemplified this new order. A founder of Demos, Geoff Mulgan, himself rewarded with a job in one of Blair’s “policy units”, wrote a book called Connexity. “In much of the world today,” he offered, “the most pressing problems on the public agenda are not poverty or material shortage . . . but rather the disorders of freedom: the troubles that result from having too many freedoms that are abused rather than constructively used.” As if celebrating life in another solar system, he wrote: “For the first time ever, most of the world’s most powerful nations do not want to conquer territory.”.

New incarnation of Echelon is a huge lurch forward in the creation of the prison planet based on social theorist Jeremy Bentham’s 18th century concept of keeping slaves oppressed

The European Union is developing a 21st century panopticon, a beast surveillance system that critics describe as “Orwellian,” “sinister,” and “positively chilling,” that would collate data from numerous sources, including surveillance cameras and personal computers, in order to detect “abnormal behavior” across the entire continent.

In a broader sense, this is part of the move towards creating a pan-European federal police force, where information and powers are shared as part of a centralized system. It is also a giant step towards the creation of a European CIA tasked not with keeping tabs on foreign enemies, but spying on its own population.

The surveillance system, known as Project Indect, promises to collect information by way of “continuous monitoring” of “web sites, discussion forums, usenet groups, file servers, p2p networks [and] individual computer systems”. It will also use CCTV feeds and other surveillance methods to develop models of “suspicious behavior” by analyzing the pitch of people’s voices (suggesting that private conversations will be recorded) as well as “the way their bodies move”.

Its main objective will be the “automatic detection of threats and abnormal behavior or violence”.

This is Echelon on steroids, a new version of the decades old NSA-run program that has already been spying on citizens for years, updated and expanded for the technological applications of the early 21st century. In 1999, the Australian government admitted that they were part of an NSA-led global intercept and surveillance grid in alliance with the US and Britain that could listen to “every international telephone call, fax, e-mail, or radio transmission,” on the planet. Project Indect is merely a new incarnation of the same beast surveillance system.

Open Europe analyst Stephen Booth described the project as “Orwellian” and a “huge invasion of privacy,” noting that European citizens’ own taxes will go towards a program that treats them all as guilty until proven innocent.

“Profiling whole populations instead of monitoring individual suspects is a sinister step in any society,” added Shami Chakrabarti, the director of human rights group Liberty.

“It’s dangerous enough at national level, but on a Europe-wide scale the idea becomes positively chilling,” she said.

Project Indect is a huge lurch forward in the agenda to construct a mammoth surveillance pen within which the population of the entire planet is imprisoned.

The methods being employed to do this are a technologically advanced throwback to social theorist Jeremy Bentham’s 1785 concept of The Panopticon, a specially constructed prison building designed “to allow an observer to observe (-opticon) all (pan-) prisoners without the prisoners being able to tell whether they are being watched, thereby conveying what one architect has called the “sentiment of an invisible omniscience.”

Bentham described the Panopticon as “a new mode of obtaining power of mind over mind, in a quantity hitherto without example.”

The notion that the individual does not know when they are being watched by the authorities is key in achieving the ultimate goal, to keep the population in a constant state of subjugation, unease and fear, leading them to self-regulate their own behavior.

According to Danish Institute for Human Rights researcher Peter Scharff, the Panopticon was intended to promote “self-regulation that was to be provoked by the constant surveillance”. The concept was eventually incorporated into many prisons that continue today as “podular” designs, which also maximizes the amount of people that can be controlled by one person. The fact that authorities are building societal prisons around us all today using the same basic methods of control is enough to send a chill down anyone’s spine and remind us once again that freedom is a myth.

This has nothing to do with catching criminals – as recent figures in the UK have proven, CCTV cameras have virtually no impact on crime whatsoever. This is all about letting the slaves know who their bosses are, it’s a psychological mind game set up to distinguish and reinforce the master-servant relationship between the state and the individual.

The endgame is to convince the individual that to express their freedom in public, to engage in any kind of protest or merely to question the power structure that surrounds them, is a “suspicious” act detrimental to society and that negative consequences will follow for any slave who dares to step outside of this invisible yet oppressive jail cell.

Project Description

Intelligent information system supporting observation, searching and detection for security of citizens in urban environment.

The main objectives of the INDECT project are :

to develop a platform for: the registration and exchange of operational data, acquisition of multimedia content, intelligent processing of all information and automatic detection of threats and recognition of abnormal behaviour or violence, to develop the prototype of an integrated, network-centric system supporting the operational activities of police officers, providing techniques and tools for observation of various mobile objects,
to develop a new type of search engine combining direct search of images and video based on watermarked contents, and the storage of metadata in the form of digital watermarks.

The main expected results of the INDECT project are :

to realise a trial installation of the monitoring and surveillance system in various points of city agglomeration and demonstration of the prototype of the system with 15 node stations,

implementation of a distributed computer system that is capable of acquisition, storage and effective sharing on demand of the data as well as intelligent processing,

construction of a family of prototypes of devices used for mobile object tracking,

construction of a search engine for fast detection of persons and documents based on watermarking technology and utilising comprehensive research on watermarking technology used for semantic search,

construction of agents assigned to continuous and automatic monitoring of public resources such as : web sites, discussion forums, UseNet groups, file servers, p2p networks as well as individual computer systems,

elaboration of Internet based intelligence gathering system, both active and passive, and demonstrating its efficiency in a measurable way.

Strange 1977 Takeover Of UK TV Transmission By Theosophical ‘New Age’ Group :

As a matter of interest to you, in 1977 a message was sent to UK TV stations from Vrillon of The Ashtar Galactic Command. The “hoaxing culprit” that hijacked TV was never found or prosecuted and the person behind this event was never proved to be a fake. In fact the experts were confounded by the whole thing.

On Saturday, November 26, 1977 at 5:10 p.m. in the United Kingdom, a mysterious voice who called himself “Vrillon of the Ashtar Galactic Command” performed an illegal broadcast on live television during the height of an evening news program.

The transmission lasted for over five minutes. This weird electronic voice – accompanied by a strange pulsating sound, echoes, and eerie distortions – overrode the normal audio broadcast signal in order to recite a lengthy statement warning viewers of an impending global disaster should humanity continue on its present course. (The hijack did not effect the video portion of the news broadcast and the illegal voice transmission was superimposed over the existing audio).

Near the end of what authorities have termed as a “rogue transmission,” parts of cartoon dialog can be heard, including the “Looney Tunes” theme song, the sound of an explosion, strange chatter, and other noises.

The illegal broadcast was investigated by UK authorities who were unable to determine the source of the signal or who might have sent it. It is assumed that the broadcast was a hoax perpetrated by someone who sent a signal powerful enough to override the station’s VHF transmitters, but in the past 30 years, no one has ever claimed responsibility for the hijack.

It would later be confirmed that five major transmitters were hijacked simultaneously, a rather spectacular feat at the time that would have required considerable transmitting power and a coordinated terrestrial effort.
The event caused panic in some parts of the local population for people who believed that the transmission was actually coming from an alien civilization.

Because this incident occurred over 30 years ago, it has all but faded from the memory of most people and remains primarily of interest to ham radio enthusiasts and those who study UFO history.
The person (or entity) responsible for the transmission has never been heard from again.

A transcript of Vrillon’s speech to the UK reads as follows :

“This is the voice of Vrillon, a representative of the Ashtar Galactic Command, speaking to you. For many years you have seen us as lights in the skies. We speak to you now in peace and wisdom as we have done to your brothers and sisters all over this, your planet Earth.

We come to warn you of the destiny of your race and your world so that you may communicate to your fellow beings the course you must take to avoid the disaster which threatens your world, and the beings on our worlds around you. This is in order that you may share in the great awakening, as the planet passes into the New Age of Aquarius. The New Age can be a time of great peace and evolution for your race, but only if your rulers are made aware of the evil forces that can overshadow their judgments.

Be still now and listen, for your chance may not come again.

All your weapons of evil must be removed. The time for conflict is now past and the race of which you are a part may proceed to the higher stages of its evolution if you show yourselves worthy to do this. You have but a short time to learn to live together in peace and goodwill.

Small groups all over the planet are learning this, and exist to pass on the light of the dawning New Age to you all. You are free to accept or reject their teachings, but only those who learn to live in peace will pass to the higher realms of spiritual evolution.

Hear now the voice of Vrillon, a representative of the Ashtar Galactic Command, speaking to you. Be aware also that there are many false prophets and guides operating in your world. They will suck your energy from you – the energy you call money and will put it to evil ends and give you worthless dross in return.

Your inner divine self will protect you from this. You must learn to be sensitive to the voice within that can tell you what is truth, and what is confusion, chaos and untruth. Learn to listen to the voice of truth which is within you and you will lead yourselves onto the path of evolution.

This is our message to our dear friends. We have watched you growing for many years as you too have watched our lights in your skies. You know now that we are here, and that there are more beings on and around your Earth than your scientists admit.

We are deeply concerned about you and your path towards the light and will do all we can to help you. Have no fear, seek only to know yourselves, and live in harmony with the ways of your planet Earth. We of the Ashtar Galactic Command thank you for your attention. We are now leaving the plane of your existence. May you be blessed by the supreme love and truth of the cosmos.”

So I feel the only need we have for a surveillance Panopticon to be instituted would be for we the people to keep our eyes and ears on the elite who do have the ability and need to present such insidious broadcasts.
