No need to fuss any longer...If you get a statute fixed penalty, don't panic...just remember we exist in this country under Common Law.

What you are doing in truth is exercising your English constitutional Common law protection over a deceptive fraud.
Statute law is the British Admiralty Law,the law of the sea. Formulated for international trading as the British Empire spread.
It is not the law of the land, the elite have usurped our common law with this law of the sea, and we have accepted it.... do not enter into contract with the corporate law and it cannot touch you.
This is what made Britain the envy of the world, and the reason the US took it and enhanced it, what they also took was this same Admiralty law as their criminal court, hence the takeover. The bank of England and the Fed in the US are the bank for this statute garbage, and the reason our nation has been demolished, all money generated in this nation under statutes, goes via the Bank of England to the Crown.
